The 25th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) kicks off on June 9. Running through June 18, the film festival is expected to further promote the exchange between Chinese and foreign filmmakers, support domestic and international film works, and create a bright future for films worldwide. Around 450 films will be screened across 41 cinemas in Shanghai during the festival.
